Wadsworth Intermediate School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) Mission Statement
The mission of the Wadsworth Intermediate School PTO is to foster a strong partnership between families, educators, and the community to support the academic, social, and emotional growth of every student. We are dedicated to enhancing the school experience by providing resources, organizing meaningful events, and encouraging family involvement. Through collaboration and service, we strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment where all students can thrive and reach their full potential. At this time, there is no fee to join the WIS PTO.
Meetings are the second Thursday of every month at 9:30 am.
Help with Staff Appreciation Week (in May) and also coordinate small pop up "treats" for the staff in October, December, and February.
Fundraising Committee
Meet with President & Treasurer (minimum) before April meeting for budget and planning purposes for the following events.

Help Coordinate All-Fired Up Ornament Painting in December

Coordinate the locations and dates for at least 2 throughout the school year

Looking for parent chaperones during the show, concession stand helpers, as well as someone to take this event over for the 26-27 school year.

Looking for Presenters, Clipboard 'Filers" when new teams rotate in, organize food donations for volunteers.
School wide Earned Incentive Days
Volunteers needed for Turkey Trot, Winterfest, Musicfest Etc. when students earn this building wide incentive. Themes are subject to change year to year.
