My name is Mr. Luchka and WELCOME to my class. I am the 5th and 6th grade Technology Teacher for
your child at CIS. This is my 6th year in Wadsworth and am looking forward to working with the students
in developing and refining 21st century skills necessary for the future. Students will meet weekly and
will be challenged with activities aligned with Ohio's Learning Standards for Technology. We will be using
Google apps for education extensively, developing and increasing typing accuracy, 3D modeling and
Coding. All assignments will be posted in Google Classroom and a weekly agenda will be updated.

This is my 17th year of teaching. I spent my 1st 5 years teaching 6-8 Math and Science and spent 8 years teaching Technology for students K-5, before coming to Wadsworth City Schools. I am also currently the Boys JV Soccer Coach for the High School. I am looking forward to developing and refining students technology skills here at CIS. GO GRIZZLIES!!!
